We welcome your feedback – it helps us make sure we are providing you with the best quality supports, and to improve what we do when we don’t get it right.
We encourage you to have input into all aspects of the service. If you have any comments on policies, suggestions for improvements, please contact the NOSS office or ask your support worker for help.
If you have any complaints about our service, we encourage you to speak to your support worker or their Team Leader in the first instance. You may also speak with the service manager or CEO. The NOSS Complaints Policy is described in the Client Information Manual.
A complaint can be made to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission by:
- Phoning: 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677. Interpreters can be arranged.
- National Relay Service and ask for 1800 035 544.
- Completing a complaint contact form.
