We’ve got your back – co-designing WH&S manual handling training

The basics of manual handling are similar wherever people work, however each workplace is unique and has risks to employee safety that are unique to that setting.  At Bluegum Grounds Maintenance, workers must be able to safely perform tasks such as; connect, disconnect and manoeuvre a trailer; operate a brushcutter and load equipment into a trailer. Bluegum’s strong safety culture has involved its employees in every aspect of the workplace, including manual handling.
